Ling Kege

Dushe Architectural Design / Director & Chief Architect / Shanghai

Ling Kege is the director and chief architect of Dushe Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Shanghai. He has been engaged in architectural design for more than 20 years and has created many famous projects such as the Shanghai World Expo Center, Bayuquan Poly Grand Theater, and Expansion project of the Ministry of Commerce of China.

At the age of 28, he was awarded the Young Architect Award by the Architectural Society of China, the highest individual award under the age of 45, becoming the youngest winner of this award and keeping it up to now. He is the first one to advocate a design system in China and has studied and practiced system construction suitable for China’s construction industry level in the past 10 years, and enjoys a high reputation in the industry for “high completion”.

He is also an advocate of integrated interior design in architecture and has many heavyweight works in the field of interior design. He graduated from Chongqing University. He is also a guest professor at Chongqing University, a course tutor at Southeast University, and a member of the Creative Committee of Architecture Society of Shanghai China.
