The Outstanding Property Award London – OPAL Award – is open to projects from commercial and residential Architect professionals from around the world.

We want to see your finest architectural projects you believe deserve recognition and attention from leading industry experts.

The OPAL Award differs from other awards by streaming entries into the three sectors of Architectural Design, Interior design and Property Development creating a dynamic meeting platform across the industry sectors. Your project will therefore not only be reviewed by distinguished Architects but also by property developers who have the potential to engage talented architects in their projects. OPAL is your perfect platform for your project to be noticed.

Entries are for a single Architectural project. It must have been completed within the last 5 years. It can also be a conceptual project or project under development. You can enter as many projects as you wish. Each project can be submitted in as many subcategories as you deem necessary.

The OPAL award is given for the creativity, vision, quality of design, construction, and presentation of your architectural project.

Each project is evaluated on its own merit. It is not competing against other entries.

Entry fees

Fees are in USD and relative to the size of the firm:

Small firm – Up to 10 employees – $300 per entry

Medium firm – 10 to 49 employees – $500 per entry

Large firm – Over 50 employees – $700 per entry

One entry includes one choice of sub-category. Each additional category is discounted to USD 200, early bird and latecomer fees will be applied accordingly.

Unlike other awards, for winning projects there are no extras or hidden fees to pay. Your entry fee includes all winner benefits.
