Design Sharing Center at Greentown China / Principal R&D and Design Center

Luo Yun holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Zhejiang University, a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from Dalian University of Technology (DUT), and an EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). Having been engaging in real estate management for more than a decade, she is currently the Principal R&D and Design Center of the Design Sharing Center at Greentown China.

During the decade of serving Greentown China, Luo Yun is dedicated to establishing design management system, innovative R&D system and property standards. Up to now, she has been in charge of over 100 projects, including residences, hotels, urban complexes, etc. In recent years, Luo Yun and her team has created plentiful exemplary innovative projects, such as Phoenix Mansion (Hangzhou), Cloud Land (Hangzhou), Young City (Hangzhou), TREVISTA(Beijing), and Dongjiadu Project (Shanghai).
