ALMA redefines the relationship between property development and nature through architecture. It proves that environmental respect is not exclusive to rustic hotels or standalone homes.

When guided by bioclimatic principles and committed to a low-rise, low-density master plan, real estate development can become a source of sustainable luxury through the peace, reconnection, and deep well-being the architecture creates.

To bring this vision to life, we entrusted two of Mexico’s leading studios, JJRR/Arquitectura and Modica-Ledezma, to design a low-rise community immersed in native vegetation.
