When we took over the project, Phase 1 was completed but long stalled. We prioritized spatial reconfiguration, employing a minimalist approach to open up interior spaces、integrate courtyard landscapes and expand indoor sightlines. Materials and colors were deliberated, glossy beige stone to outline pure horizontal lines, edged with dark gray aluminum panel trims. Between these, wooden-toned ceilings and grilles were incorporated to create a sheltered living ambiance. This high-level presentation while providing rich visual textures and a pleasant tactile experience.
