DAD has the responsibility of investing to build the Government Complex in Bangkok and manage the property of the State as a government policy. DAD had the registered capital amount of 258,338,120 Bath. A public enterprise is a professional developing public asset to enhance economic and social value under good governance principles.

For nearly two decades, Thailand’s Government Complex (TGC) has faced challenges such as high car dependency, traffic congestion, and poor air quality, impacting the well-being of its 37,500 daily users. In 2020, Landprocess reimagined the site, focusing on people-centric mobility and sustainability. With the arrival of the Skytrain in 2024, TGC shifted away from its car-centric legacy, prioritizing walkability, reducing carbon footprint, and incorporating nature-based solutions. Transforming TGC into a low-carbon, resilient government hub, serves as a model for climate-conscious development.
