Rising from the post-eruption landscape of Bacolor, Pampanga, Philippines, The Capital Commons embodies a dialogue between heritage and innovation. Conceived as a contemporary “third place,” it blurs the boundaries between office, gallery, and community hub. Showcasing the works of local artisans—low-cost yet bespoke—its use of organic wood, volcanic stone, visual screens, indigenous lighting, and handcrafted furniture tells a vivid story of resilience and renewal, intertwining architectural space and local community in a setting that preserves and celebrates identity.

Based in Pampanga, Philippines, the firm redefines Filipino architecture through context-driven design, cultural sensitivity, and timeless modernity. Fons Et Origo was honored as Asia’s Best Residential Interior (AADA 2025) and, together with The Alabaster, was nominated at the Tatler Homes Design Awards Philippines 2025 (Best Architectural Concept and Best Living Space). The Oasis also won Innovation & Sustainability Project of the Year (UAP Dubai 2023).
