Cotton Bay Holdings Ltd. is based in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas and has played an active part in the country’s local economy for more than 25 years, as owner of the Cotton Bay Club and the Cotton Bay Golf Course. As the developers for the Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Eleuthera, the company currently generates 34 direct employments, which will increase during the future construction and operation of the resort development .
Set on 130 ha along Eleuthera’s coast, the project redefines luxury hospitality through environmental and cultural integration. It features 110 guest rooms, 97 branded residences, 54 lots, and amenities amid jungle, beach, and golf course. A 30 ha solar farm powers the site, while interconnected ponds collect and purify rainwater, supporting local biodiversity. Using coral stone, timber, and lime plaster, the architecture fuses Bahamian and Taíno traditions with contemporary design to create an immersive, place-rooted experience.
