  Sole owner of Douglas Design Studio, Jeffrey is an internationally award-winning interior designer. His work is informed by his passion for art, extensive travels and genuine delight in the perfect detailing. Notably, he has a special talent for combining antique pieces with modern furnishings in innovative ways. A recognized taste-maker, Douglas has created hundreds of environments for his clients, and furnished them with his custom designs and furniture for over twenty years.

Our client envisioned a contemporary home vibrant with colour, designed to accommodate an extended family of up to 9 people while remaining bright, joyful, and welcoming. The space needed to be modern, filled with light, and capable of expanding as needed to entertain and receive guests. Drawing inspiration from the clients' extensive travel experiences and favorite hotels, such as the Lodhi in Delhi, the design merges East and West for a distinctly modern aesthetic. Dedicated spaces provide room for large-scale entertaining and community gatherings.
