Casa Magnolia in Monterrey is a bespoke residence for a family of five, blending timeless design with a relaxed, sociable lifestyle. Curved lines unify over 40 custom spaces, while earthy tones and materials like wood and marble connect the home to its riverside setting. A triple-height atrium anchors circulation. Social areas open to nature, including a terrace with a climate-controlled outdoor kitchen. The project balances comfort, function, and emotional depth through thoughtful design and biophilic principles.
