108 Leonard is a landmarked Beaux-Arts building in Tribeca reimagined into a collection of luxurious residences. Originally designed by McKim, Mead & White, its grand architecture has been meticulously restored and complemented by sophisticated contemporary interiors. The design honors the building’s historic character while introducing modern amenities, creating a seamless dialogue between old-world craftsmanship and contemporary living in the heart of downtown Manhattan.
