• About the interior design firm
  We are based in Tokyo, Japan, and specialize in architectural design focused on interiors and landscapes. We strive to create designs that enhance architecture, enrich the environment, and improve people's lives.

This is a mixed-use development project in Indonesia's capital city by a Japanese company.
Under the theme “Urban Oasis,” it creates green gardens and residences floating amidst the bustle of a developing city. The low-rise section houses commercial spaces and parking, while the two high-rise towers feature condominiums under the Japanese Tokyu Land Corporation's ‘BRANZ’ brand and serviced apartments under the French Accor-operated “Swissôtel Living.”

In this project, we aimed to fuse Japanese and Indonesian cultures to bring out each other's unique qualities.
