Anchored in the imagery of the sailboat, its palette draws from deep ocean blue and warm ivory, accented by touches of golden sand. An open-plan layout connects the reception, lounge, and meeting areas through gracefully curved pathways, creating a spatial experience that flows as naturally as ocean currents. The design team carefully selected durable, low-maintenance, and eco-friendly materials to minimize the need for frequent renovation, thus decreasing resource waste.
