Layered arc walls soften the building’s original geometric edges, guiding movement like ocean currents. Anchored in the imagery of the sailboat, its palette draws from deep ocean blue and warm ivory, accented by touches of golden sand. An open-plan layout connects the reception, lounge, and meeting areas through gracefully curved pathways, creating a spatial experience that flows as naturally as ocean currents. The design team carefully selected durable, low-maintenance, and eco-friendly materials to minimize the need for frequent renovation, thus decreasing resource waste.
