This two-level apartment is designed for seamless family gatherings, featuring efficient spatial planning and an open-concept living, kitchen, and patio area that maximizes space with innovative storage. The design embodies a serene 'Quiet Luxury' through neutral textures and tones, blending opulence with simplicity. A standout feature is the family or 'Library room' with a custom glass bookcase overlooking the tree-lined neighborhood. Completed by XLMS in mid-2024, this project perfectly balances elegance, functionality, and contemporary style.
