Located in Shanghai’s high-density Jing’an District, the design redefines urban living through a vision of Park Residence, Zero-Carbon Technology and Spatial Innovation. A sky bridge connects the city’s largest park with the residential community, extending greenery and public life into the vertical realm. Integrating ultra-low-energy envelopes, smart energy systems and renewable technologies, the project pioneers a zero-carbon lifestyle. Refined material composition and open, flexible spaces foster a new balance between nature, technology and human wellbeing.
