A 1,600 m² state of the art rowing centre, including social areas, and sauna and cold immersion facility. Built entirely with sustainable materials, extensive use of certified wood, tables and chairs made of upcycled materials. The design is transparent, open and consciously human in scale. All components are created for future disassembly and reuse, supporting a circular lifecycle. The exterior surfaces are kept in a natural finish that blends gently with the surroundings. It serves as a sea sports centre as well as an inclusive recreational facility for the towns citizens.
