Located on a 3,000 m² plot, this 500 m² residence is a perfect fusion of contemporary sophistication and integration with the lush nature of Bahia's coastline. With a design that emphasizes open spaces, natural light, and organic materials, the house embodies a concept of tropical elegance combined with functionality and innovation.

Architectural Concept
The residence was designed to provide a unique sensory experience, where architecture interacts with the landscape, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, standing out as a true icon of tropical residential architecture in Brazil.
