The project, located in Nanjing's Jiangxinzhou area, blends history and modernity, with an emphasis on waterfront living. It features eight residential buildings arranged around a central courtyard, inspired by Nanjing's historical urban fabric. Public spaces include scenic pavilions, tea houses, and bars. The architecture combines robust stone columns with curvilinear elements and bronze accents. Residences include large balconies with green planters, drawing inspiration from Gaudí. The design fosters a harmonious connection between nature, architecture, and community living.
