The design creatively integrates the sunken courtyard with a sunken multi-purpose clubhouse, connecting it to the elevated ground floor of the core building. This transforms previously negative transitional spaces into composite functional areas combining leisure, socializing, and activities, such as fitness zones, children's playgrounds, private banquet halls, and reading lounges. Through clever circulation planning, it links a diverse sequence from open courtyards and semi-open elevated layers to unit entrances, promoting neighborly interactions and invigorating community vitality.
