The project introduces China’s first C2M (Customer-to-Manufacturer) real estate model, employing AI and big data to embed user intelligence into design and production, establishing a collaborative framework among developer, architect, and residents. In Chengdu’s Financial City, four diagonally positioned towers and a porous ground plane create a continuous ecological system integrating architecture, landscape, and community. The “sky garden” unit typology and biomorphic façade translate living behavior into form, redefining high-rise housing as an adaptive, user-driven spatial experience.
