This urban renewal project uses “suturing” to join the urban fabric, residences, and nature, creating a new green breathing corridor in the city. Functionally mixed-use, the project achieves green impact via architectural strategy: the main tower sets back over 30 meters, preserving trees and establishing a 7-meter pedestrian corridor. Crucially, one hundred native Taiwanese trees are placed on the ground and terraces, forming a continuous green belt integrated into the city core.
