  • About Firm
TTA skillfully combines innovative architectural theory with practice, undertaking a variety of projects including custom single-family homes, multi-family housing, and commercial buildings. With numerous awards, TTA brings extensive construction experience that enhances its grasp of the connection between concept and realization. They advocate for sustainable and energy-efficient materials and methods to reduce energy consumption.

This pavilion, situated next to the vineyard, serves as both a wine-tasting area and a pool house for a private residence. In 2017, the estate was destroyed by the Tubbs fire, leaving only the pool and vineyards intact. The pavilion extends southward from the main house, anchoring the pool area between them. Skillfully integrated into the site’s gentle slope, the pavilion’s design incorporates cast-in-place concrete masses at the corners to create an expansive open space and transparency within the main tasting area. Deep overhangs provide shaded areas for the pool area and vineyard deck.
