Located at a key intersection in VivaPark, Vitta 27 integrates public and private spaces through a mixed-use design. Retail areas and small plazas activate the ground and upper levels, while three staggered towers host studios, offices, and apartments with terraces and pools. A white concrete grid frames green façades, promoting natural light, ventilation, and shading. The project enhances urban life and environmental performance within the sustainable vision of VivaPark.
