Located at the core of Jinan’s West Railway Station area, the project reimagines urban life through the concept of "Phoenix Valley"—a city in the sky inspired by the Yellow River, Mount Tai, lotus, and willow. With a planning strategy of “One Axis, One Valley” and imagery of “Three Mountains, Three Gardens,” it integrates culture, ecology, art, commerce, and landscape into an immersive commercial experience. The design transitions from traditional retail to cultural and experiential commerce, forming a landmark urban IP complex.
