  IVVA (Shanghai), Inc., founded in 2019, advances the globalization of Chinese design brands by exploring both domestic and international markets. Rooted in the Eastern philosophy of creating infinite possibilities within finite constraints, we blend subtlety with artistry and elegance. Through a full-process MEPC (Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction) system, we capture market trends, helping clients enhance their brands and amplify marketing impact.

Inspired by Dezhou's millennia-old heritage and Song Dynasty elegance. Drawing from the famed Song painting A Thousand Li of Rivers and Mountains, the design fuses scholarly garden traditions with contemporary living to create a Song-inspired academy landscape organized as "One Axis, Five Sequences, Two Courtyards, Nine Gardens."
The project references imperial academy rituals of the Song era, integrating Dezhou kiln artistry and Yellow River culture. This synthesis crafts a modern oriental aesthetic imbued with Dezhou's essence, establishing an exemplary top-tier living paradigm.
