Located at Praia Brava in Itajaí, the building embodies a dialogue between contemporary architecture, nature, and the urban landscape. Its design emphasizes visual and spatial integration, with terraces and large glazed surfaces framing ocean views and connecting interior and exterior spaces. The open ground floor and vineyard-inspired landscaping create a fluid transition between public and private realms. Natural materials like wood and stone enhance harmony with the surroundings, while interiors evoke the world of wine—combining elegance, texture, and sensory richness in every detail.
