UniPark is a retail-led development located in the heart of Jinan, uniquely within a primarily residential area.

The concept is inspired by the idea of a ‘Dreamscape’ – bringing imagination and possibilities to the forefront. Delivering an ever-changing experience, the design aims to capture the attention of a new generation and the young families residing in the district.

The development captivates its audience with its collection of spaces, going beyond retail to integrate an entertainment hub, lifestyle centre, cultural village and more.
