The project locates at the CBD of Ningbo. It is comprised of a retail podium and an office tower with total GFA 280,000m2. Being the historical departure point of marine silk road, the overall façade design seeks innovative and sustainable approaches to appreciate local traditions, art and craft from the essence of people, art and nature, sublimating the colours, textures and materials in a contemporary expression.

With the “City as Park” concept, the interior design showcases a journey of various elements in nature, including Camellia that is the flower representing Ningbo city.
