This residential project presents a singular volume but is divided into two independent programs: one for a family of four and another for the grandmother. Access is through a staircase leading to a central courtyard, connecting both units. Inspired by Louis Kahn’s Salk Institute, the design integrates public and private areas with terraces descending towards a golf course. Sustainability measures include rainwater collection and solar readiness. The timeless design blends natural materials, custom furniture, and artwork, ensuring functionality, elegance, and harmony with the environment.
