Porto Playa is a G+P+8+R mid-rise residential building that embodies modern, sustainable coastal living. Designed with AI for optimal sea views, its architecture creates a floating illusion above the beach, adding vibrancy to island life. The building features 282 apartments with premium amenities, including swimming pools and green spaces. Interiors are bathed in natural light, combining sleek design with elegant furnishings and artwork, seamlessly blending nature with luxurious living. Porto Playa is a stylish expression of contemporary coastal living.
