  Our company is a 20-year-old pre-built housing company with a long track record of constructing 100 homes a year in Tokyo and Kanagawa prefectures. Winner of the 2017 Good Design Award. 2024: Nominated for the 2017 Good Design Award. This work is a collaboration with world-renowned architect Shin Takamatsu. This work was realized 10 years ago when the company president told Shin Takamatsu, ``I want to create the expanse of space inside a small building.''

A house cannot exist without a connection to the sky. This home is designed with that mission, drawing inspiration from traditional Japanese townhouses (machiya) that use central gardens to integrate nature. Built on a pentagonal plot, the house features a courtyard with rooms on both sides, connected by a passage. All rooms face the courtyard, allowing light and wind to flow inside. The space expands horizontally and vertically, creating a living environment that feels close to the sky. The circulation, like a Möbius strip, supports diverse lifestyles and ensures health during pandemics.

We propose the optimized house designs over a limited space with various solutions, such as high-ceiling,wide window for natural lighting, courtyards and/or rooftops.We are happy to support customers providing a safe and prosperous living environment as a community-rooted company.
