With emphasis on the combination of users, architecture, and the environment, this project is rooted in the concept of integrating productivity, ecological protection, and quality of life. To meet the needs of surrounding commercial and office facilities and other production activities, the design considers the flexibility of space use based on the stress-relief urban planning concept of the redevelopment area.
