Kuleshov is an 11-story residential development in Zhubei, Hsinchu, designed to foster creativity and interaction amid high real estate prices and limited amenities. Named after the "Kuleshov effect," the project emphasizes how spatial arrangements impact perception and experience.The layout promotes flexibility, allowing residents to easily transform spaces for various uses. With deep windows and an open facade, natural light floods the interiors, enhancing comfort while reducing energy reliance. Community-focused design encourages social interaction.
