  • About Firm
XYZ Designers an Engineering Design Lead consultancy including Architecture, interior design, and urban design are the core of our services. We create detailed design solutions that integrate urban, architectural, functional, technical, physical, ecological and economic issues. We also set up building specifications, assist the client in obtaining competitive bids and negotiating prices, and we fully administrate the building process - including obtaining the necessary building permits.

QDM consists of four towers, each 14 levels high, with setbacks in between. This conventional approach risks dominating the site rather than integrating with it, fostering isolation rather than connections, and offering privacy at the expense of great views.
We envisioned a living form fabric of interconnected horizontal structures, acting as urban bridges that frame the context and blend with the landscape. We employed AI and Dynamo software in scripting a program to optimize design, experience, and sustainability. Designed with layers of shared spaces, communal areas and amenities.
