  • About Firm
Founded in 2012. I study every day under the theme of "Growing Architecture and Space." We specialize in commercial building and store design. In 2022, it will be inducted into Japan's Renovation of the Year Hall of Fame.

"Kumagawa Kudari" is a tradition of going down the river by a wooden boat. In July 2020, there were many casualties in the city and our facility by river flooding. Before the renovation, It was a Japanese-style architecture inspired by Hitoyoshi castle. Despite of the river flooding, we created many scenes where you can feel that the river as an entity that brings more 〈benefits〉. The terrace with a large roof allows you to feel the river, and at the same time that can be an evacuation site for about 30 people and also a pickup spot for rescue helicopters when a flood happens.
