Living in the Park – the multifaceted development created a green harmonized co-living place for all.

Inspired by the local unique topography, namely the terraced cascades, the fluidity of the podium built form brings to life our main concept by delivering green open civic spaces.

The 46-story office twin towers sit on the SW, juxtaposing the 3 residential towers on the NE. The podium retail was purposefully terraced along the main road and the green-rich courtyard. The residential section opened to the central garden. Nature seamlessly flew into the interior living space.
