The project is an urban high-rise complex spanning over an area of 300,000 square meters. It has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate a platinum five-star hotel boasting a gorgeous coastal view, 5A offices, premium boutique hotel, and metro-led underground commercial space. Aiming to become a new landmark in Qingdao, the 70-story tower, standing tall at a height of 328.6 meters, has a unique sculptural shape inspired by the city's sailing identity. The upwardly extending curve of the main tower symbolizes the grace and elegance of the Olympic sailboat.
