Rising to 600 feet, the soaring office tower is conceptually driven by a connection of city and sky and features iconic rooftop spires that dramatically reshape the downtown skyline. A ground-level retail pavilion and public plaza elevate the streetscape and create an inviting and engaging open space that ties into the Grand Connection, a series of projects and initiatives designed to improve the pedestrian experience through downtown Bellevue.
