The site is a new apartment. The project is named “Sunshine Chanson” since the site has excellent lighting and French-style decor. Took white as the base and embellished it with a brown tone to form a cozy look. As a retirement home, it serves two people only. Its scale is large, and for visitors on weekends, the functionality is critical. Given this, the core of the project is to plan the layout properly.
The open plan shows the spaciousness of the site. Natural lighting illuminates the interior, and the screen in the foyer and wooden louvers in the second bedroom serve as the boundaries.
