Located in the heart of the Arizona State University Campus the LEED Silver Project was a JV Develpment between OMNI Hotels and ASU. The goal was to provide convenient accommodations global lecturers as well as families of ASU students. In addition, the 30,000 sf of function area is utilized as premier lecture/presentation/social space for the campus.
Design inspiration fuses Tempe's beginnings referencing the weaving and clay skills if the early Hohokam settlers. Reflections of campus life appear in flexible gathering spaces, decor elements such as custom carpet echo Tempe's bike paths.
Bio MONOGRAM Hospitality Interiors is a specialty studio with focus on designing unique upscale hotels and resorts. The studio was established 12 years ago as an off-shoot of BBGM Architects + Interiors.
The Team is comprised of seasoned professionals as well as innovative young designers committed to collaborative problem solving, sustainable practices and responsible design.
