In the principle of "form follows function," the design transcends mere aesthetics to achieve a balanced focus on utility, convenience, and detail-oriented solutions optimized for functionality. In this senior residence, the design focuses on accessibility, lighting, and comfort for safety and ease. The design features clear corridors and open communal areas, enhanced by varied materials. Smooth arcs and varied materials improve visual balance, while hidden and irregular elements combine functionality and aesthetics.
