Shadowbox is a new 2 residence located in Miami Beach, Florida. The new 3,600 SF 2 story home is located on a narrow and deep lot close to the waters’ edge. The ground floor features a side entrance 2 car garage with an oversized roof terrace facing the bay on top. The storefront glass tower entry feature is pulled back into the site to draw the eye into the property. Floating concrete stairs lead to the front door.

The design incorporated multiple bay windows, used for dimension and extra space for the bedrooms and select living spaces, giving the projects its name, Shadowbox.
