IO House; where contemporary architecture, elegant interior design and smart tech meet.

Set on a gentle incline, the 20,000sqft new-build emerges at street level as a single storey. Two lower levels are hidden from view, dipping down within landscaped gardens.

Inside, IO House is an exemplar of the Gamification of Architecture. The magical family home is brimming with unexpected encounters and experiences, pushing the boundaries of technology and innovation within architecture and design. Committed to sustainability, the house is off-grid. It is fully accessible across all three levels.
