  Chris Williamson is Chair of Weston Williamson + Partners an international Award winning practice specialising in transport infrastructure such as the Melbourne Metro in Australia and the Elizabeth Line in London. Chris fell in love with this special part of Andalusia the challenging climate, the cultural traditions and the stunning landscape. This amazing project to design a unique cultural experience immersed in this spectacular location utilised new sustainable architecture/design interests

El Jardin al Andalus is a beautiful boutique rural property which provides a bespoke Andalusian experience. Positioned on a spectacular hilltop with views of stunning countryside, dotted with olive and almond trees, a stone’s throw from the beautiful Montes de Malaga with its unique wildlife, flora and fauna. This makes el Jardin al Andalus an ideal site for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of nature: walking, bird-watching and other local industries such as beekeeping, wine appreciation, olive-oil production, and Andalusia delights such as regional cookery, flamenco dancing and musicianship.
