The project promotes wine heritage and highlights the recent inscription of Burgundy’s “Climats” on UNESCO’s World Heritage List. This innovative building is inspired by the vine’s tendrils coiling around its trellis. The exterior ramp is a promenade offering fabulous views on Burgundy. The edifice hosts exhibitions, activity rooms, offices, and a panoramic restaurant. It’s a model of eco-sustainable commitment aiming BiodiverCity label. Nobles and bio-sourced materials as Burgundy stone, wood, and hemp concrete are used. The 1000 vines planted on the rooftop reconstitute a “Climat”.
