The building was designed to improve an adjacent Eunhaengnamu Park which was not well-organized and its relationship with the surrounding area. The design incorporates elements of Korean design, shape of curve, that expands the park functionally and spatially. Although the plan to add a light panel on the facade was not feasible due to cost, the building still has a strong relationship with the park. The design blends Korean motifs with modern designs in Seoul and reflects the belief that the building that enjoys benefits from parks should have a positive impact on them.
