• About the interior design firm
  Spatial Concept has been creating people focused interiors for over 10 years. Each design is bespoke, we look at the local influences and the international trends to create something unique for each of our clients. More than half of our work is with people we have worked with before. Our services include feasibility studies, space planning, design consultancy, and full turn-key design and build solutions.

Hong Kong Housing Society’s WTC executive office is where the Member’s Lounge, boardroom, Chairman office, and CEO office are located. The goal is to expand the Member’s area facilities and create a brand-new hospitality experience for members and guests.

The Member’s lounge design is modeled like a first-class airport lounge to meet, work, and socialise before board meetings. The 1,670sqft boardroom can be accessed directly from the lounge through large pivot doors, holding various meetings and events. A state-of-the-art audio and video system are installed to cater to different functions.
