It's a small model home targeted at young buyers,with actual footage of less than 70 square meters. Spaciousness,practicality of the space and maximization of its functionality are the three main goals of the design.Even with a limited budget,its precise floor plan contributes to a visual effect of spaciousness while also takes into consideration its full functionality. A tour in the apartment gives the potential buyer a first-hand experience of actually moving around in the space so as to carve out a vision of living here in the future,which is the challenge and yet the appeal of this design.
