• About the interior design firm
  VAVE Studio is a german-chinese Creative Studio for #SpaceExperienceDesign that collaborates close with both cultural and corporate clients on international projects. Founded in 2013 by Haijie Hu and Tobias Geisler, the Studio meanwhile operates globally from five locations – Frankfurt, Munich, Hangzhou, Shanghai and Shenzhen. The studio acts as a multidisciplinary team with the aim of innovating and transforming brands through strategy, design and technology.

MQDC’s »The Forestias« is the world’s first sustainable ecosystem where people, wildlife and nature can live peacefully side by side. VAVE Studio together with b.u.g Studio were invited to design the experience center inside the »Forest Pavilion«, by Foster+Partners.
The exhibition uses different technologies, hides them in intuitive interfaces without overwhelming visitors. Nature-like installations make it easy to intact with the exhibits. Different perspectives on happiness excite, inform and inspire visitors and carry the core message: it’s not about collecting things, but making memories.

The studio acts as a multidisciplinary team of consultants, architects, designers and creative technologists with the aim of innovating and transforming brands through strategy, design and technology.
