The project is a renovated old house, a two-story brick structure built in the Qing dynasty with a long, narrow space and an atrium at the center for natural light. The designer, by blending the old and the new, creates a stylish shopping-dining space for consumers.
The owner has been here in the miscellaneous-goods business for decades. In recent years, he has launched a brand-new sub-brand aimed at top-notch miscellaneous goods and congee gifts. By upgrading the brand with a new look in the space, younger-generation market segmentation is expanded.
